Submission

Dead line for abstract submission : April 24th 2015.

When submitting your proposal(s), you will be required to register on the conference site :

http://cdm2015.sciencesconf.org, and to provide your institutional affiliation. This will enable you to open an account for which you will receive a login and a password by e-mail, to be used when accessing your submission(s).

Submissions should consist in a title and a 500-1000 word abstract (including bibliographical references). The document should be anonymous, in .doc/.odt format, and should be uploaded to the relevant section of the website (« submissions » tab).

Students have the choice to submit for a short presentation (10 minutes) or a long présentation (20 minutes). They have to precise it on the top of their submission.

Submissions will be reviewed anonymously by two members of the scientific committee ; reviewers’ comments and notification of acceptance or refusal will be accessible from 1st June 2015 on the conference website.

For practical purposes, we request that you send to the following addresses :

an attached .doc file containing the following information :

• title of proposed paper,
• type of presentation submitted (oral or short oral),
• name(s) of author(s),

• contact details (postal address of university or research institution, telephone number and e-mail address).

After the conference, participants will be invited to submit their paper for publication ; submitted articles will be evaluated by two members of a vetting committee.
